“Your hair is your crowning glory,” a hairdresser once told me when I went to Pierotts in Kalamunda. I had been their customer for over 10 years. They loved to pamper you. This salon was very expensive however I dodged their charges by way of getting quote’s beforehand. The Proprietor once commented how I had somehow eluded their ‘usual’ charges.
Only once did I have my hair cut short. Never again! Short hair is high maintenance compared to long hair. Although I love going to the hairdresser I don’t like it every 3-4 weeks.
I’ve had a few hairdressers over the years. What lucky fate led me to find the best hairdresser I have ever had right here in Northam. Katelyn used to work at the back of Steve’s hairdresser’s before she and Brittney decided to branch out on their own. No outside advertising is necessary for these capable and talented ladies.
Katelyn had always wanted to be a hairdresser and qualified at 18 years of age. She has a mathematical brain which I believe is a huge advantage, especially for cutting. At my age it’s a great feeling knowing your hairdresser is a local girl and will easily outlive you!
Her expertise leaves my hair always looking natural, in style and healthy. Her ability to always dye and cut beautifully leaves me with a feeling of calm gratitude. The many hairdressers I've had in the past have not matched her expertise. She is, in my humble opinion, streets in front of your average hairdresser. I thoroughly look forward to having my hair experience with her and feel better after each visit.
